KPI Usage Figures
Usage Figures
The Usage Figures option allows you to produce a more detailed breakdown of Fee and Stock sales than that produced in Global Financials, including a branch breakdown where applicable.

This
will open the SQL query builder dialog box, where you can:-
(a) in the Show Box, specify which information you would like to have displayed on your report;
(b) in the Value and Cost Boxes, specify whether you want to include any totals based upon either value or cost;
(c) filter the sales based upon animal categories; and
(d) in the Grouping Box, specify the grouping order of the report. If you wish to include totals for the value or cost of one of the categories specified in the Show Box, then this category must also be included in the Grouping Box.
The reports can be limited to the current period or a date range can be specified. This will build a date range into the query that is produced, otherwise the report will be limited to the transactions upon which the month end figures are based.
Click
the Produce Query button to display the SQL query that will
produce the required report. Click the Run button to produce the
report.
Once the query has been run, the results will be shown in grid format on the bottom half of the screen display. If the data is not displayed exactly as you wish, click the Exit Button, edit the query options and click the Produce Query Button once more. In this way, you can toggle between the options and the display until you achieve the required results.
You are able to view the results in one of two ways:-
-
Grid Format – this displays the results as a grid and is the default option.
-
Text Format – this displays the results as text, without the grid. Click this option and run the query to display the results in this format.
