ASSISI SOFTWARE UPDATES
Version 1.0.9.0
Modified the appointment booking screen so that it shows Animal Location, Animal Postcode or Lat/Long if no Livery is recorded on the animal’s record. This allows this information to be copied and pasted into the Appointment Details box.
Version 1.0.9.1
Enhanced log-in scripts for Cloud users.
Version 1.0.9.2
-
Added VSSCO XML price file import.
-
Added a Work Flow Lists tab to the animal record screen. This allows the user to easily see on which lists the animal has entries. Also entries can be moved, copied, edited, deleted and other actions performed on the system depending on the function definition of that list. e.g. VetConnect Plus, VetEnvoy Functions etc.
-
Added the ability to set a narrative date when importing lab work or other digital content into an animal’s record.
-
Fixed an issue where Equine Dental Charts where being marked as Feline Dental Charts.
-
Fixed an issue where Maintain Order was defaulting to the mapped client stock location rather than branch. These are often the same so it went unnoticed until recently..
-
Fixed an issue where data problems (multiple same tests) caused VetConnect+ service not to download result.
-
If
you have Transaction Email enabled, you can now email an
invoice, receipt or statement from the account screen (single
transactions) to an alternative address from that of the client. -
If you click the Email tile without first ticking the Alt > Recipient tile then the invoice will be emailed to the client.
-
If you tick the Alt Recipient before clicking the Email > tile, then you will be offered the option to change from the > client’s own the email address. The alternative email address can > be typed in or you can search for it on your contacts database.
-
The
> statement print dialogue box offers the option to tick Send by
> Email and an option to tick Alternative Recipient which then
> displays the alternative email setup screen. Ticking Send by
> Email on its own will result in the email being sent to the
> client’s own email address. Tick Alternative Recipient also to
> send to an alternative email address.
Separate templates can be set up for each of these transactions to be sent by email to an alternative address, if required.
- Fixed an issue with Making Tax Digital for QuickBooks when no sales discount was causing a null value.
Version 1.0.9.3
- Added the ability to better control the view of appointments in terms of font sizes and cell sizes etc to let users customize what they see.
-
Fixed an issue where Expiry2 was not working on recall run mail merge.
-
To improve single server multiple branch deployment options, the system has the option to map user logins to physical branch locations (in addition to mapping input default branches) to allow reports such as record cards (for example) to print the local address of the branch rather than the practice details address of the main location. If Location is not mapped, then the Practice Details will be used.
The feature is activated via an Application Preference to allow existing users to remain unaffected.
Note: This feature applies to all standard reports, invoices, receipts, statements and estimates. It does not apply to consent/continuous monitoring forms. Separate forms will need to be created for a second, and each subsequent, branch if you require different headings. You can, however, map each branch’s consent forms to a separate folder (see item 4) so that you will not need to browse for the correct branch when printing these forms.
-
When printing consent forms, the system will now check if a screen has a physical location branch mapped and, if a sub folder for that branch exists with the same branch name in the main consent forms folder, then that will be the default directory location to allow branches to have their own consent form selection without having to browse for the forms.
-
When producing monitoring forms the system will now check if a screen has a physical location branch mapped and, if a sub folder for that branch exists in the monitoring forms folder, then that will be the default directory location to allow branches to have their own monitoring form selection without browsing for the forms.
-
The system can now map SMTP email details for each branch and will use them if the screen user is mapped to a physical location.
-
Added the facility to attach a flyer in pdf format when emailing from the held invoice run.
Version 1.0.9.4
- When creating an animal record, if it fails validation on the first save attempt, subsequent save attempts cause an Unhandled Exception Error. This has been fixed.
-
Fixed issue where VetConnect Results not ordered through Assisi, and animal names containing / or \ were never downloaded or cleared.
-
Added Co-op as a supported VetEnvoy insurance company.
-
Added the facility to have Assisi monitor directories on a drive (one for images and one for labwork) and import the images directly to an animal’s history.
-
The file must begin with the animal’s id, eg 232-000001.jpg.
This would be added to the record for animal 232-000001.
-
You can name the entry in the history by putting a description on > the end following a ^. e.g. 232-000001^XRay Image of the > animal.jpg. This would put X-ray Image of the animal as the > description.
-
You can create a text file called 232-000001^XRay Image of the > animal.txt and put additional lengthy notes about the image in > it. These would also be imported with the entry for the image. > The two file names must be identical except for the file > extension.
-
Modified multi-line procedures so that it is now possible to include nested multi-line procedures. If the nesting of procedures causes a loop back (i.e. procedures keep calling each other in an infinite loop then the system will only include any procedure once.)
-
Modified multi-line procedures to allow Stock, Fee, Recall and Observation lines to be optional. The system will present the user with a click list of optional lines when the procedure is used. Non optional lines are just loaded. This enhances the flexibility of the feature in general and will be useful when offering buster collars etc. so the correct size can be selected.
-
Modified Multi line procedure (work routine) selection window to allow filtering by keyword.
-
Modified list definitions to allow Exclude from Statement Run.
-
Modified statement run to allow exclusion of accounts which are on specified lists (Insurance, etc.).
-
Modified the aged debt report to allow exclusion of accounts which are on specified lists (insurance etc.).
-
Modified VetConnect+ interface to handle changes made by IDEXX which had broken the interface at the ordering stage. The system previously looked for prompts sent by IDEXX but now it uses event counts.
VERSION 1.0.9.5
Added the ability (per Appointment Room) to specify the default appointment details text. This allows details from the owner and animal (including user defined fields) to appear on the appointment and be sent to offsite devices.
VERSION 1.0.9.6
- Modified work entry so that if, when entering a fee, the user types a valid Multi-line Procedure code (which is not a fee code) then the multi-line procedure will be loaded.
-
System can now prompt users for items available on Schemes when sold to animals not on Schemes to encourage signup. Activation is optional.
-
Enhanced system to prompt for Prescribe Until date when selling those drugs which have been set up to ask. This date is then displayed in the history to aid staff when repeat prescriptions are requested,
-
Fixed an issue where record cards were displaying B/N: when no batch number was present.
-
When in work entry mode the user can double-click an upcoming recall and the work will start to enter automatically.
-
Added permission to allow retail behaviour Jump to Payments after a consultation has been committed.
-
Added the ability to add Mail Groups to usernames for internal mail. This means users can be members of more than one mail group.

- Added Ageas Pet Insurance to VetEnvoy.
-
Added the ability to log SQL queries that have been run in the ad-hoc system if the directory C:\AssisiAdHocLog exists.
-
Added the ability to lock Assisi to a single instance. This means that the Stock Transfer delay can be removed. An Application Preference applies.
-
It is now possible to have multiple IVLS machines mapped to a single server. Each windows login is mapped to a single physical location. The IVLS paths can be mapped for multiple physical locations and multiple users can poll for files.
-
Added support for the new VetWest price file format.
Version 1.0.9.8
- Added the ability to stop the built-in browser on cloud servers opening new windows, to prevent browsing on the server.
-
Enhanced PaymentSense link to a single installation (Cloud) which can support multiple accounts as opposed to multiple terminals on the same account.
-

Version 1.0.9.9
- Dispensing Fees have been enhanced to enable different prefix text for main and sub units.
-
Fixed bug on offsite import which had a problem when a stock item did not have a sub unit description and had a ratio of 1.
-
You can now edit SMTP settings through the Settings>Communications Menu. It edits either globally or for the branch to which your screen is mapped.
