RECENT ASSISI SOFTWARE UPDATES

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Online payment and refund facilities have been incorporated into Assisi. An online payment notification will be transmitted to the client once the payment has been successfully processed.

There are two methods of processing online payments:

MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order)

Your practice can process a payment, refund or part-refund via the internet using a ClearAccept account instead of using a card machine.

MOTO support has also been added to the Over-the-Counter Sales Screen.

ECOM (E-Commerce)

You can send a payment link with Assisi invoices and statements, by SMS or Email, to the clients for them to process the payment themselves either at, or away from, the practice by clicking the link.

A program has been created to run as a scheduled task in the background to download details of payments made via a payment link into Assisi and these payments are then allocated automatically for outstanding invoices/credits included in the link. Settlement discount is supported.

ALTERNATIVE LABEL/TICKET PRINTERS

There is now a wider choice of printers (Star, Brother or Zebra) for labels, ticket invoices and receipts and appointment details to give practices more choice and increase the availability of such printers.

PRODUCT DATASHEETS

In response to several approaches from practices, a new invoice line token has been added to invoice layouts which allows a relevant datasheet link to be printed in the body of the invoice.

This can work as a hyperlink on emailed PDF invoices and will help practices to fulfil their obligations to provide this information to owners.

A QR code can also be printed on the drug label which can be scanned by the client to navigate to the specified web address.
