BULK SMS AND EMAIL SENDER

It is possible to generate an ad-hoc report and export the results to a list, from where you can send bulk emails or text messages. Your server must, of course, first be configured to send emails and text messages from within Assisi.

The list must at least contain tokens for CustomerRef and AnimalRef and the Ticked token must also be included. The Ticked token will add a selection box to each entry in the list.

  1. Execute the ad-hoc report and click Save to List. The Select Clause in the ad-hoc report must contain a field called CustomerRef and/or AnimalRef for the Add to List option to become available. It is advisable to add the Mobile or Email number to the ad-hoc report or list so that you can check that the correct records have been selected.

You can either add these entries to existing entries in the list or click Clear existing entries before clicking Save.

  1. Display the list and select the relevant records.
