KPI SUMMARY

  1. Global/Branch Financials – period start and end dates depend upon accounting period updates. Displays :

  2. Total invoice value, including VAT

  3. Stock sales, excluding VAT

  4. Fee sales, excluding VAT

  5. Dispensing fees charged, excluding VAT

  6. Surcharges posted, excluding VAT

  7. Total VAT

  8. Total payments

  9. Total discounts

  10. Outstanding aged debt based on a period by period basis

  11. Moving Annual Target – this shows how the annual turnover – ie the value of sales for the current month plus the 11 previous months – varies throughout the year.

  12. Small Animal KPI - Shows the number of animals seen during the last week/month/year and displays the percentage of those animals that:

  13. Have been vaccinated

  14. Are scheme members

  15. Have been wormed or received flea treatment

  16. Have been chipped

  17. Have been neutered – and the percentage of those neuters that > included lab work

  18. Received dental treatment – and the percentage of those dentals that > included lab work.

The base date can be set manually.

  1. Demographics - Age profile of active dogs and cats that have been seen in the last 12 months.

  2. Average age of dogs, cats and rabbits

  3. Active dogs, cats and rabbit numbers

  4. You can set the base date and how many years to look back

Active relates to work carried out in the period and not the Active setting on the animal record.

  4. Displays: Value before discount, invoiced value, cost, margin, > transactions and dispensing fees.

  11. Non-discounted sales

  12. Impact on sales of scheme membership – ie are you profiting or > losing from implementing schemes. However, if no scheme invoices > are being posted, then this income is not being taken into account > in the impact figures.

  13. Invoicing Footprint – displays:

  16. Number of Invoices

  17. Together with Average Transaction Values which can be broken down by > branch and/or username

  18. Sales League Table – shows the value invoiced by each user. You can filter by date and branch.

  19. Average Client Waiting Times – from the specified base date.

  20. Animal Recall Analysis – base date is, by default, set 12 months in the future. The graph shows recalls outstanding for the 12 months up to the base date – past numbers should therefore, be low in the past and high in the future. In addition, the number of recalls in the past that have been mail merged, file exported, text messages sent, and labels printed will be calculated and displayed.

  21. Usage figures – This allows you to calculate usage (sales) figures for stock and fees and break these down by:

  22. analysis codes for both stock and fees and/or generic codes for > stock.

  23. by branch and

  24. by individual users

These graphs can be exported to a spreadsheet.
